Fra 3 til tre-D takes place 12. Nov. 2008 - 20. Des. 2008 in the Art Association of Stavanger. (The title is a pun on the words for "3" and "wood" which have the same spelling in Norwegian). There will be a broad presentation of the project Virtual Woodscape: its root and development, branches and twigs. Focus will be on the relationship between everyday woodgrain structures and animated 3D computer models. Next to my show, the National Museum of Art, Design and Architecture will mount Norwegian Wood, a presentation of wood architecture in Norway up until today.
